The candidate with the most votes will be declared the People’s Champion and will go straight to the Finals. The Miss World 2013 coronation night is set to be held on Saturday, September 28, in Bali, Indonesia. Miss World is the most elusive crown for the pageant-crazy Philippines. The highest the country has placed in the pageant was in 2011 when Gwendoline Ruais finished second.
